Saint Laurent is the youngest saint of the Church of Eve. As a saint, she is responsible for minding the churches of the Eden and Lancelot regions. The church's presence is not so strong on Eden's Fresh Fish Island, so when Aster came to the mainland, Laurent quickly became his first source for information about the church and the organized worship of Mother Eve.

During Aster's time in Lancelot, Laurent attempted to quell Aster's overwhelming lust by accrediting him for a special church ritual designed for such purposes, but was largely unsuccessful. When Aster was declared both a Holy Knight and a Zero Knight, he became eligible for an additional ritual with the saints, designed to help them bear children. While Riche Eden prevented this from succeeding, Laurent was quite happy to attempt the ritual, unlike her companion saints.

Personality and Appearance

Laurent is a generally amicable, likeable young woman, whose personality has helped her in her "advertising" duties as a saint. She was willing to outreach to Aster despite his relatively unheard-of ignorance of the church. She is quite devoted to her duties, and saw it as unlikely that she would marry with so much else to do. She was also in awe at Saint Croix during their first meeting, since she like so many others saw her as a near-reincarnation of Mother Eve.

Abilities

As a saint, Laurent has a relatively high level of divine power, but this is not so high to allow her any particularly special powers outside of select religious rituals. Her primarily strengths are in her strong religious education and her abilities as an advertiser, organizer, and evangelist.
