The Mountain Cuisine is a Monster that belongs to the class of Gal Monsters, being like the cousins of sorts of the Sea Cuisines. They are pretty rare and they can only be found living in mountains or other similar locations. Because of the unusual and sparsely populated locations they frequent in, only rarely they come across a human. Sometimes, they might be found living in similarly rocky landscapes like caves or underground dungeons, but this is not by any means a common occurrence.
In appearance, they are petite but curvaceous. They stand at only 111 cm, and weight as little as 22 kg. They all have a long green hair and two horns. As they are a wild type of monster they share some physical traits typical of beasts, with fluffy tails, claws and enhanced reflexes and senses. They are very gluttonous monsters, and love meat above all else. They enjoy searching for raw flesh and cook it in order to increase its flavour, and are quite knowledgeable about many different methods of doing so. They have somewhat naughty, yet childish personalities and are popular with Guy Monsters because of their endearing demeanor. They are usually friendly, and some even like to offer the foods they prepare to others.
They are not particularly aggressive, being cheerful, playful and with lots of energy, but they will still engage in combat if they are provoked. In battle, they are agile opponents with very high accuracy. They are usually seen fighting by using their claws to rend their opponents, but sometimes they've been seen wielding weaponry like battle axes. They are intelligent, but rely more on basic insticts rather than complex strategies. They have affinity for the elements of Light and Wind, and weakness towards Fire.
