She is a 15 year old 1st year student who recently got elected to the position of student council president of Nishien Electromagnetic High. The outcome is rather odd as she isn't particularly popular, yet all but one voted for her.
She seems to not want anyone to disturb her in the school and has her closest underling, Alpha, block the entrance to the school. This way she can do all kinds of weird experiments in peace, like build a nuclear reactor in the backyard, rig the walls with explosives and modify the students against their wills.
Before the events at her school, she declares independence from the Student Association and wishes to be left alone.
She is a rather small girl who seems to have complex about her height and seems to look for some kind of scientific solution to this. She doesn't really have any friends thanks to her odd scientific experiments.
She is part of the chemistry club.
During the events at the school, it is revealed she actually modified the students to be able to receive commands via radiowaves. The students don't actually seem brainwashed and act against their wills, she does the same to Ishikiri Bakuha.
Using the brainwashed former student president Morimura Mitsue, she seduces Amatsugami Hidehiko and kidnaps Sayoko in a plan to bend the Student Association to her will. This backfires as they just flat out ignore her. She then plans to modify her into a suicide bomb, but is interrupted by Hidehiko. Realizing how he got past, she runs to check on Alpha only to see her crash.
She is told to move on and stop all this. She does so and join Tentei with the promise of getting her own laboratory where she can repair Alpha.
She has a sidequest after where Hidehiko helps her look for the Phantom Milk which she wants to use as an ingredient in a new growth serum. It is found by milking Dona the cowperson in the desert ruins nopan shop. It doesn't seem to have any effect, but Hidehiko comforts her that he likes her just the way she is.

She is a genius with an IQ of 290 who is capable of inventing some pretty insane stuff.
Her academic stats are 3, 6, 3, 2 (humanities, science, foreign lang, PE).
Her special ability is to call for Alpha, she shows up and does a few strong attacks at the end.
