—Ginjou Tomoka

Introduction and recruitment[]

Ginjou Tomoka is the president of the Panzergruppe Ginjou, or PGG for short, one of the major powers of Japan. Two years prior to the events of Big Bang Age, Godai Shin, the first president of the PGG, was on his deathbed. He decided to appoint Tomoka to the position of president before passing away.

Prior to becoming president, Tomoka was a commanding officer at the PGG, in addition to being a student. This workload, paired with her unconfident personality, caused Tomoka great stress. One day, while masturbating in the PGG's duty room, Murata, a non-commisioned officer and subordinate of Tomoka, walks in on her. Tomoka's masochistic desires manifest and she begs Murata to violate her then and there. Murata accepts and they enter a complicated relationship in which Murata becomes Tomoka's master.

PCG

The leaders of the PGG. Vice-president Murata can be seen in the foreground, directly behind him is President Ginjou Tomoka. The grey-haired man in the back is Kirihara Takeshi, commander of the PGG's tank corps. A soldier can also be seen behind Tomoka.

After Tomoka becomes the president of the PGG, Murata gets appointed to the position of vice-president. However, because of Murata and Tomoka's relationship, Murata effectively becomes the de facto president and forces Tomoka to make more aggressive decisions, such as severely increasing tax rates to fund their military, in particular their tanks. It was also Murata's decision to greatly expand their territory, and tried attacking the NPI, another major power of Japan, in Sekiga Hara. Ultimately, the PGG lost terribly, causing them to retreat and leaving Sekiga Hara a wasteland full of fallen soldiers from both sides.

The new leadership of the PGG territories became a thorn in Zanma Rouga's side, who decides to fight back against the PGG after taking over Seijou Academy and forming Wolf Fang. After taking control of Toukyou, which originally belonged to the PGG, Rouga officially declares war on the PGG. After Wolf Fang has started taking over PGG territory beyond Toukyou, Murata forces Tomoka to begin deploying their tank units, even though they would damage their cities. Despite the PGG's best efforts, Wolf Fang eventually manages to claim Shisuoka, where Ichigo Academy, the PGG's headquarters, are located.

After a showdown between Tomoka and Rouga outside the PGG HQ ends in Rouga's victory, Tomoka drags her wounded body back to HQ. There, Murata, believing this to be the end, shoots Tomoka through the heart and kills her, then presents her lifeless body to Rouga later in exchange for a full pardon. Rouga punches Murata so hard he slams into a wall, then instructs his subordinates to dispose of Murata somewhere. Rouga then expresses his regret in not having a chance to talk with her and found out why she was aleading the PGG so aggressively.

However, if Wolf Fang manages to capture a Shisuoka student and interrogate him before the showdown with Tomoka, Rouga learns that Murata is the one behind every decision. After Tomoka has been defeated in the showdown with Rouga and she retreats to the HQ, Murata gets arrested by Wolf Fang, who they believe may be the president. Murata then plans to give away where Tomoka is located in return for a full pardon, but before he has a chance to, Tomoka steps out. She asks Rouga to treat all people from the PGG humanely and in return Rouga is allowed to do whatever he wants with her. Rouga explains that he didn't plan to do anything terrible to these people anyway and informs everyone that he's planning to cut the tax rates, withdrawing PGG's tanks and open free passageway through Forestland.

Upon being asked by Rouga whether she is really the one who ordered the invasion of NPI territory and vastly raising the tax rate, Tomoka claims it was indeed her, though a Shisuoka student speaks up and says it was actually Murata. Tomoka then asks to be led away while Murata asks whether Rouga would allow him a spot in the Wolf Fang army. Rouga then tells Murata to leave quickly or Rouga might kill him, causing Murata to run off screaming. Rouga then meets back up with Tomoka, offers her sympathy and tells her she must take her responsibility. Tomoka wishes to be allowed to join Wolf Fang as she sees it as the only way to make amends. Rouga accepts.

After joining Wolf Fang[]

Now that Tomoka has joined Wolf Fang, she finds difficulty shaking off her past. Tomoka notices that people are looking at her coldly, but nobody says anything. That is until one day, when Tomoka is helping children safely cross the road, she runs into a former PGG student who had been fully aware of Tomoka's relationship with Murata and calls her out on it. Being told this is reminding Tomoka of her time with Murata and she finds it difficult to accept. When another former student accuses Tomoka of only being happy when she is being abused, Tomoka starts to doubt herself.

One day, while stationed in an area where the public order had fallen into chaos, Tomoka comes across two men who are arguing. Once Tomoka grabs the back of one man and he feels her breasts push against his chest he immediately begins to calm down. The other man then demands he be grabbed by Tomoka as well. This has pacified both men and the fighting ceases.

A similar event occurs in another region that had fallen into chaos. When Tomoka attempts to stop the men from fighting, her skirt falls down revealing her underwear. The men are quickly calmed after seeing this and the region regains its peace.

Through her actions, Tomoka eventually gains some confidence and respect from her former soldiers. One day she runs into the soldier that called her out on her relationship with Murata. He tells Tomoka she looks like an evil spirit has been lifted from her. The soldier informs her Murata has been spotted joining the independent region of Koube, led by Igarashi Koumi. Despite their prior relationship, Tomoka is able to forget about Murata and she continues to stay with Wolf Fang where she eventually becomes the head of National Security after Rouga becomes president of Japan.

Personality and Appearance[]

Tomoka is a kind-hearted and gentle, but meek and unconfident woman with deep masochistic desires. While Tomoka has a strong sense of responsibility, she is under a lot of stress in her position. Tomoka has difficulty dealing with the stress and usually masturbates or has sex to get rid of it. When Murata catches her masturbating in the duty room, the two enter a relationship where Murata becomes the master and Tomoka the slave. Despite the harm it causes to her subordinates and the people living in the PGG region, Tomoka willingly stays in the relationship because she wants nothing more than to be dominated.

Tomoka has fairly long mauve hair and green eyes. She wears a dark blue military officer's uniform with white and red cuffs, fastened with gold-colored cufflinks. On top of her uniform she wears a red and black cape with a yellow seam aroud the collar, an insignia on her left shoulder and an epaulette on her right shoulder.

Abilities[]

Tomoka is a powerful long-range attacker with fairly high accuracy. She attacks using a pistol. Her special ability is 'Tactical Control', granting a slight increase in the accuracy, evasion and counter percentages of the allies stationed with her.

According to Zanma Gou, Tomoka's B-ability is the ability to strengthen the armor of the PGG's tanks, making them much more dangerous.

Trivia[]

  • If Wolf Fang allows Koube to become its own independent power, Murata will join them alongside some tanks (if Tomoka has joined Wolf Fang). The moment Tomoka reads about it in the newspaper she immediately leaves Wolf Fang for him. However, this will not occur if you've seen her H-scene with Rouga.
  • The Panzergruppe in Panzergruppe Ginjou, the full name of the PGG, is German. It would loosely translate to Tankgroup.
