Dalk Gaiden's job system is very open-ended. Any character can be any class, provided you have the right items and they are the appropriate levels. To change class, first make sure you are at or higher than the minimum level. Then equip the proper class change item to your character, WITHOUT anything else in the inventory. When you go to the class change screen, the new class should light up for you to select. When you change class, the class change items are consumed (Medals can be used as much as you want, however).
Maid[]
All you're girls start out in this class. It has no particular specialties. You can return to this class at any time during the game by clicking the icon on the class change screen (be careful you don't do this by mistake).
Power Classes[]
Amazoness[]
Increased Attack, HP, Accuracy, and Critical %
Minimum Level: 5
To access this class, equip a maid with the seedling item.
Valkyrie[]
Increased Attack, HP, Defense, Magic Defense, Accuracy, and Critical %.
Minimum Level: 10
To access this class, equip an Amazoness with the seedling item and the mushroom item.
Dalk[]
Increased Attack, Defense, Magic Defense, Accuracy, Critical %, and Strike %
Minimum Level: 22
To access this class, equip a Valkyrie with the Dalk Medal item. The Dalk class is very powerful, and gives you a ranged attack (1 Hex) which allows you the benefits of the magic classes with the physical attack of the power classes.

To access this class, equip a maid with the Bell item.
Diana[]
Minimum Level: 11
To access this class, equip a Guardia with the Bell item and the Egg item.
Alet[]
Minimum Level: 21
To access this class, equip a Diana with the Alet Medal.
Agility/Speed Classes[]
Carry[]
Minimum Level: 6
To access this class, equip a Maid with the Candy item.
Ishtal[]
Minimum Level: 11
To access this class, equip a Carry with the Candy item and the Gourd item.
TJOE[]
Minimum Level: 23
To access this class, equip an Ishtal with the TJOE Medal.
Note: this class is a reference to Tiger Joe, a character from Only You/Only You - Recross.
Magic Classes[]
Great for attacking your opponents from afar. Besides the Dalk Class, the magic classes are the only classes that have ranged attacks.
Witch[]
Minimum Level: 5
To access this class, equip a Maid with the Lamp item.
Artemis[]
Minimum Level: 12
To access this class, equip an Witch with the Lamp item and the Wing item.
Luna[]
Minimum Level: 24
To access this class, equip an Artemis with the Luna Medal item.
Combo Classes[]
These classes work like an in-between class, taking weaker bonuses from two classes at once.
Athena[]
Minimum Level: 15
This is the Attack/Guard Class combo. To access this class, equip an Amazoness or Guardia with the Seedling item and the Bell item.
Minerva[]
Minimum Level: 15
This is the Speed/Magic Class combo. To access this class, equip a Carry or Witch with the Candy item and the Lamp item.

Nadeshiko[]
Minimum Level: 17
Give a Maid the Egg Item and the Gourd Item.
Angel[]
The class was built for getting items (Item find = base stat + 15%)
Minimum Level: 16
Give a Maid the Egg Item and the Wing Item.
