Unit Description[]
A mercenary that'll ally with anyone for enough money.
Her unit is made up of experienced fighters, but without any leadership, their power as a unit is average.
After one fight, their contract expires and they'll leave Leazas.
Has no special skills.
Recruitment[]
- Hire from Pluepet. She can be recruited with either with 1,000 or 5,000 troops, depending on how much you pay.
- After being used once, she will leave and you will have to recruit her again.
Combat[]
- If deployed with Milli Yorks, Cecil will receive the "surging with power" bonus, which can randomly increase the attack or defense values of their troops by up to 2 points.
